error message

just installed Allegiance and get error message

The application was unable to load a required component: d3dx9_41.dll.

I tried update/repare critical files.

Run DirectX installer.

LOL I was just going to post this. Its the most common error. Ry1 had this same problem and it was a 3 minute fix
