impending exp changes

I just want to put a small comment here on the poll that was published on ASGS. I think the prevailing view in the community right now is that exp, in general, needs to recieve a small nerf. This is opposite to the proposal presented.

FWIW I am sure you could probably destroy an expansion team with a rusty spoon but we are not about to nerf rusty spoons.

I'm pretty sure the only exp nerf this community is going to see is going to be pulse probes - and to some degree TF exp (but that's more TF in general).
