I think I spotted an error. There is no indication of what happens to the looser of game 15 (L15) and there are two games for winner of game 13 (W13 - games 15 AND 16!).
My guess is that it should be L15 instead of W13 in game 16.

Both are really L15/L16 and L17/L18.

If RT win on the 24th, XT are 3rd and RT are entered to the finals.
If XT win on the 24th, RT play the winner of SysX v GB and XT are entered to the finals.

You asked for a fully double elimination tourney -- that's what you get

Well, I now have names to work with, instead of having to resort to W13 and the likes. Indeed, if games 16 and 18 aren't needed, I'm removing them altogether from the diagram
