Possible to request to move a forum thread?

I made a HUD mod and posted it on a forum thread under Community Zones > Development Zone > Art and Ingame Content > Models, Textures, and Images.

Later I added other mods to the thread but they weren't models, textures, images or any other visual related stuff.

So is it possible to move forum threads on request?

I guess the Report button can also be used for this kind of situations
