Join us in celebrating the Tenth Anniversary of Allegiance!

Each week during the month of March we will celebrate the history of Allegiance. The first week (March 1-7) is Wayback Week. Zone Games on the servers will be set to MS 1.25 core. Experience the "Golden Age" of Allegiance. This week culminates with an event on "ThrowBack Sunday," March 7th at 1PM EST, 6PM GMT (2 hours before SG time). We'll play that event on 1.25 and perhaps experience the love of original enh rix figs!

Each day during the month of March, we'll post a tidbit of rarely known Allegiance info in this thread as well. Check back for interesting items!

Allegiance, developed by Microsoft Research, was based on Alto Trek, one of the earliest networked computer games, originally developed by Gene Ball and Rick Rashid in the 1970's.

We had some rockin' fun during my lunch break today with some old skool 1.25 Rix on Belters. Wow. Talk about a crazy game!

I was in a game that took 2 hrs on 1.25 core. It was Rix dests vs IC hvy ints. In the end Rix dests won with the help of speed2, range2, and dmg2!!! `4

I saw that Saxy got first with 1800 points and Cam in second with around 900
