Happy New Year everyone and welcome to 2010!

A new year means a new squad league. We're doing things a little differently this year to avoid the games running on all year. The ten squads have been split into 2 divisions. Each squad will play every other squad in their division twice, once at home and once away. There will also be one game against each squad in the other division, where the Division 2 squad is home. So that's a grand total of 8 games within division and 5 in the other one.

The divisions are based on last year's leage placings and are as follows:

Division 1:

SysX
PK
RT
SF
XT

Division 2:

ACE
DSM
SRM
GB
BS

We kick off on the 10th January with the following games:

DSM vs SysX
SF vs PK
XT vs RT
ACE vs BS
SRM vs GB

I like the idea of continious games, so there's no sitters out.
Of course, this means that if a new squad pops up (he-he), it won't be able to play many SGs, since we'll only have seven league day-offs.

And the idea of 'loser division' is also appealing, even though our squad is in the losers (this year).

GJ Events Zone.

P.S. By the way, who is doing all this? Schedules, images? I'd like to send rays of thankfulness a little more precise :)

Hmmmmm this seems awfully like the division/playoff format I asked people to consider last year only for it to be told that it was "the most dumbest idea and would never happen" since we'd have so small of a league.

Well who's laughing now.

Except that there are no play-offs. Nevermind the format we are using is actually the league system one.

there are playoffs? interesting I didn't notice that. On what dates will the playoffs take place?
I'm sorry I don't remember any of it. For you the day spideycw graced your squad with utter destruction was the most important day of your life. But for me, it was Sunday

Based off last years league shouldn't GB be in the top rung

Anyway, sounds a lot less confusing than the bracket thing (unless it still uses that) because the bracket thing was
