So I downloaded MDLUtility from the link given on the wiki, but it gives me an error when I try and open it.

"Component 'COMDLG32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid."

The wiki says it should run fine off the desktop or from the Allegiance artwork folder, and I tried both those locations with no joy.

Windows Version (and Service Packs): Windows Vista Home Premium Service Pack 1
Processor Speed: 2.4 GHz
RAM: 2gb

Confirm that you have the following installed:

* .Net 2.0 [x]

I think it's just a Vista non compatibility thing... but trying to run it in XP compatibility mode yields the same results.

Halp?

*edit* Doh, wrong forum, could someone please move this to Art and Ingame Content?

Well .net 3.5 didn't work, so out of frustration I just googled COMDLG32.OCX like I usually do in the first place. I got the file and now it works. Thanks for the suggestion though.
