problems with mcaffe

has anyone made any progress with the problems of connecting with mcafee, i havent been able to for a while and i cant take it off the computer because it aint mine, if anyone can help i would realy appreiate it

Unfortunately, the only known solution to your problem is a complete uninstall of Mcafee
