I had 2/3rds of the map. I had 100,00 in reserve. We were winning.Slipshod mutinies and then boots me without any chance for me to keep playing.I had no problem with him taking over, but it gets hairy when the action is hot,and if he asked me for comm,I would have given it up.I just wanted to see us win,but he immediately boots me! this is wrong.
OK,I found out from slip that after he mutinied,he gave it directly to Dome...who booted me.
So my bone to pick is with Dome.

10,000 or 100,000 in reserve? Because if you were sitting on 100k that would be mutiny-worthy alone.
Also there are clearly not enough facts here to determine how badly you were $#@!ing it up. What were the factions/techs? did they have adv tech, and if so what? did you have any miners? did they? how far along was the game?

MutinyBoot is the latest greif tool.. Its should be called a DicktatorBoot.
In this particular situation, slip should have mutinied dome and booted him for disrupting the moral on the team and making the game a @#$%@# entertainment.

You sit on 100k with only 2/3s map control and not total?

People just take stuff too seriously I think. Except IB, of course.
QUOTE Mutiny and booting of the old commander: It is allowable for the new commander after a successful mutiny has passed, to remove the old commander from the game.[/quote]So, there you go. If you want to avoid this happening again in the future, I suggest trying to avoid losing the confidence of more than half your team.

I'll be honest - I have never liked when people mutiny and boot immediately if the person they mutinied is not being annoying or working against the team.
That just seems pretty lame to me but the rules the rules
I'm sorry I don't remember any of it. For you the day spideycw graced your squad with utter destruction was the most important day of your life. But for me, it was Sunday

It's an activity guaranteed to stop new people from trying to command.
What if the new person is willing to learn, did ok, then got mutinied due to a mistake? Why not allow them to start flying and helping the new commander win?
I've never really understood why most people boot after mutinying. I only do it if they begin to disrupt the team because they are pissed that they got mutinied.
