So I used a res 1 on a con today. That con did not die. I propose raising res' damage to util armor to 1x (this is dm06 which only has res in it).
Also, looking at res1/2/3 in ICE they all seem to have the same damage with an expanded area of effect. I think this should be fixed so dmg is increased by 1k per research level (or we could just get rid of res3 and make res2 be somewhere in the middle).
Thoughts?
