I've only been playing for a couple days, but it seems to me like most players are not from the States. ( Noticed this by general vocab and voices on team speak) If you're American or your squad is American based I'd like you to post here and let me know. I live in Atl, GA and I'd just like to know this information so I know what players and mainly Squads are active during my times. I know there's a few players in Texas, but is there any where else? Thanks =P

AFAIK all squads are international. There are some with a higher percentage of US players, but I don't think ANY squad has all players from the same region or even continent (not even German Borg!).

US Primetime (5-10pm Eastern normally) should have mucho players from all over the world.

My own squad has about 50% from US or Canucks, but we also have folks from Europe, Central and South America, etc.

And Brood lives at the south pole.

Actually, most players are from the US but the Euros are obsessed with the game so you might see them more often or something :P . Besides people like Brood. As for TS, I dunno, I guess I could say I use TS a bit so maybe I'm infesting it with Australianism. Plus TS is only really active during SG time.

In terms of vocab...well, players here are mostly noobs and that may extend to their English skills. That's the best explanation I can come up with!

And yeah, every squad has its fair share of Americans, with RT probably having the least in my mind. SF is probably half-half but our illustrious leader is Texan so that counts as four Americans. But all squads play during US prime time (3pm EST Sunday) so you won't miss out on squad games.

I don't believe there are any squads that are primarily American.

It shouldn't really affect you too much, only push a few times around.

We manage to make times work for each other, though.

Not to sound mean,
but read the wiki or the academy before you start posting topic after topic every day.

Does anyone else notice the incredible irony of this post?

Wasn't there some sort of map that showed where people lived?

Forgot what the service was called. I deem it obsolete.

EDIT: Found it... http://www.frappr.com/allegiance/map
