Big news this week is Pks crushing defeat of RT, pretty much ending RTs hopes of finishing in first place. In other games ACE had a close fought game against BSPQR, the joint squad not quite managing the win but coming on strong once again. Watch out SF and SRM! SF and SRM were facing off against each other this week too, with SF narrowly avoiding defeat. Seems like the mid to lower end of the table had the best quality games this week.

As ever, here's the table:

CODESquad Played Wins Losses Forfeit Points
SysX 8 8 0 0 24
RT 9 7 2 0 23
PK 9 6 3 0 21
XT 9 6 3 0 21
ACE 10 5 5 0 20
SF 9 4 5 0 17
SRM 10 1 9 0 12
BSPQR 10 0 10 0 10

Narrowly avoiding defeat?

I beg to differ!
SRM didn't buy endgame tech and failed to keep middle probed, so we felt compelled to bomb their garr...
We got TP2 and figbees, while they struggled to get cash to replace their garr and later their sup.
It was a very good, mostly even game.

Still, a quality game.

Although if Ameri brought bbrs 2 seconds ealier, we would've be in more trouble!

It was close, but yeah. Swinging both ways!
I decided to relive the days gone by in my new blog.

Hey, all I do is skim the post game summary threads. It's not like I was there you know ;)

No big deal, only the way you put it made it look like we almost lost... or that SRM almost won... which is technically true.
Reminds of how Nasrudin Hodja informed his patron that he lost the race against an Egyptian athlete.
I came in second and the Egyptian came in second to last.
