Can we get TF bases to have thier docking zones more like other factions, currently when you autopilot to a TF Base you go right up to the base, the lining up motion is done like 10m from the door while compare with IC Garr where it's like 100m to the door.

It's almost impossble to ram a TF Miner once it's reached the lining up part of docking, to stop it from docking you actually need to be directly infront of because any sideways ram just seems to make it go in, TF with thier uber acceleration already plant and line up pretty quickly so it's just going to line up more with other factions whose miners can be knocked off docking.

Although this is also quite similar to GT as well so might want to look at that as well :P

???

I'm not talking about the size of the green doors, IC has huge $#@!ing doors but the miners still line up 100m away from the door while TF bases have it so you line up right next to the green door.

I rammed a TF miner right on the side at something like 200mps and it still docked while an IC miner would be closer to docking on the green door on the otherside.

The only way it makes it easier to HTT is if you are a nubbin and use autopilot!

Last time I played, AP doesn't take you to the green door of enemy bases.

I always autopilot to enemy bases for extra challenge, besides, I hate people hitting my behind.

You're right tho.

well, according to the squad list, 301 days, but that count was reset when I popped in for 5 mins 301 days ago.

Whether it's a feature I never found (ships with the capture flag can AP to enemy green doors instead of the middle of the model) I don't know, but I'm pretty sure whenever I AP'd to a enemy base I never went to the green door. (talking in general here, not just htts)

this is off the topic, but your green door/base cap discussion made me think: Does nerve gas dock at green door or just hit the base?

very off-topic but nerve gas just hits the base, if the base is unshielded it captures it so nerve gas can be used for capping refs and tele's as well as bases htt's can cap.
