So me and a pal are planning a trip up to PAX in Seattle late this summer, and talking with Psych on IRC lead me to believe there's quite a few of you people along our route.

We plan to go along the route that google maps gives us from Phoenix - Seattle, and we're certainly willing to pick up anyone who wants to go. Long as you're willing to help defray some of the cost of driving :P

PAX is the Penny Arcade Expo, which is a big gaming meetup for nerds on the weekend of September 6th. 3 day tickets are 50$ and depending on how many people want to go and just where along the route you'll be the gas cost could be anywhere from 50$ to 200$

This is just to kind of gauge interest, at the moment there's no real definite plans for anything.

Hmmm, sure, sounds fun. I live about 5 miles from the building it's held in.

What if there was an AllegCon after that? I know there was some interest expressed earlier in a local get-together, but I'm not 21 yet. Also, I will be at PAX (maybe as an enforcer?) unless I die before then.

ZOMG BROOD

Edit: Hokay, I pulled out the big guns on this.

Imma gonna come all the way from Britland if all goes to plan, with a few guys (not going on the road trip after C101 threatened to leave me in San Fransisco :P , and he'd do it too!).

If we can have an Alleg con please tell me so I can lengthen my stay a couple days and my friends can $#@! off by themselves, I'll chill with you guys, might not have a laptop to play on though.

What would we need for an Alleg con? 10-people-LAN-party level? Or is everyone just planning to hit Seattle's bars/clubs?
