IC F/B Price

Something I noticed last week but just remembered. IC F/Bs cost 250 instead of 200.

Good point! Prompt change needed, for all those foolish enough to actually go IC Sup (without liberal application of Attack Carriers).

IC gets 20% cheaper ships that need an individual per ship cost (ie. bombers are 400 instead of 500, HTTs are 800 instead of 1000).

IC Sup vs another faction's sup ain't too bad. You've got missile dmg perks and you can galv but not be galved.

but IC yard is great fun is what I was trying to say
