Ok, this may sound completely crazy, but have you tried contacting schools and universities about the project? Most colleges in the US have a senior design project for coding and graphic design, so if you can find a group of people, you might be able to make a lot of headway in this. It sounds crazy, but we do have a lot of graphic artists and coders here, so maybe you can get one of them to pick it up as a project for school of some sorts.

Radruin was going to use this as a project for his school but I don't know where he went, if anyone in the US has contacts it would be a good idea though.

Wouldn't that also potentially get a lot of new allegiance players? Sounds like a good idea to me.

there was talk @ my school about starting a 3d modelling club will see if it is going ahead and if so i will get some people aboard
