I like how in 4 posts, there is one who was semi serious, 2 who haven't a clue as to what a DEB is, and one of those pretends he does, and one who got it right.

It's a deployable energy barrier, designed for the purpose of stopping incoming weapons fire to your bases, usually just long enough to help defend it, or perhaps run the attacker out of missiles. This would have been lovely against XRM spam

This would be a nice way to nerf XRM. Since a tp2 drop usually comes from one direction, it would stop lots of the missles.

if i recall correctly, i believe they were deployable from patties, and like 1000-2000$ the thing was when u launched it was like a scout carrying 5 mass drivers , u had to get into position betweeen u n the bomber and drop the bulbous sack of joy and block missiles.
