The Left Out Squad (TLO)

I don't think this will last long but, what if there was a squad for anyone not on a squad?
(I said what if! remember that while your reading!)
This is mean't for anyone not on a squad.
Its not a commitment thing.
It's more of a "hey we're a bunch of people not on a squad who would like to have a match with a squad."
Plus people in the group could be offered a position on a squad and leave with no hard feelings.

Pros
Better people not on a squad can be noticed.
Noobs can get a bit more help (outside of cadet).
less people left out.
More enthusiasim.
Gives a chance to newer players (The "hey it's done downloading!" players)

Cons
It'll probably become a huge group.
It would probably be annoying to have it around (all the noobs)
No one would probably want to run it.
It would be wierd.
Wouldn't be taken seriously
If taken to seriously it would become a squad which would be weird

(Im sure theres more pros and cons but I can't think of any.)

Now remember this is a half backed idea and I said WHAT IF!
Well anyways if this works out cool, if not oh ok btu it was still creative.
(and if some other guy had the same idea and posted it then sorry and please disregard this.)

I knew i couldn't be the ony one to come up with this!
lol well I see most of the reasons as viable (except fo the ones that make me go "whaaaa?")

and i bring up the fact i said what if because its so far out there.
A squad of non squad memebers would be hard to maintain.
However, if it could work why shouldn't it be persued?

Squad games are played for their high quality, letting anyone play would turn the organisation and coordination into something more similar to a PUG for TLO side resulting in them getting whored and beaten quickly by the properly prepared and organised squad.
