Cannot run beta

I am getting an error message from ASGS that says beta is not correctly installed. And as a result I can log in to Beta. I tried clicking Beta and updating files and that is when it says installed incorrectly. I tried Mad's update but I could not load it or find it. I am lost.

Any help would be GREAT!!!

i don't quite follow, but the instructions are:

1. download a switcher program*

2. run the above .exe, say yes to the dialogue boxes
3. start asgs
4. switch to beta mode (click allegiance -> beta mode)
5. update files (click help -> update repair critical files)

you can do something like save the link to your desktop and run it. then delete it once it's finished adding the reg keys.
it should actually work if you just choose open from current location or run (or whatever your browser calls it) instead of saving it. but you can save it somewhere you can find to be sure.
