if you want to use it for private testing

i think the FAZ servers were down for some reason, try later

You can get the latest beta server bundle (with client) from here

http://fazdev.alleg.net/FAZ/AllSrv_R4_11_080408.zip

The above uses the 1.1 registry keys.

When I get the time I will make a sticky and keep it up to date with the latest server link as well as maybe the wiki.
