Wiki:Newbie game
This is the discussion topic for the wiki article: Newbie Server
Usually though, "skill" is used to covertly mean "match the game exactly to my level of competence." Anyone who is at all worse than me should fail utterly (and humorously!) and anyone better is clearly too caught up in the game and their opinions shouldn't count.
Sakuda apparently got banned because he played in a server with the word 'Newbie' in it, he said it was an auto ban, should we put that in there?

QUOTE NOTE: With the release of R4 any server with the word "newbie" contained in the game name is monitored by the ASGS system. Do not create a game with "newbie" in the game name or you will be subjected to the autoban if over a rank 7.[/quote]

I'd just like to say "congratulations" to everyone who was working on this article (I see Juckto, pkk, Adam, BV, FB, Youngmoose and Jimmy on the list). I think it's really high quality, contains everything that has to be said about the topic without being lengthy and all that in objectivity (except for maybe the "as in the admins' eyes" line) and without denying the merits of having newbie servers.
Sorry that it had to take an ASGS message by BV for me to notice that.
Keep up the great work,
-- Cort
