ASGS Authentication Failure

I just finished a game about 15 mins ago, and decided to log in again to get my Zone Game tag. I then found that ASGS took ages (almost 30 seconds) to authenticate, and when Allegiance finally launches, I get an 'ASGS Authentication Failure. Please restart the game using ASGS' error message after I click on the Current Games Listing button. This only happens for the username (General_Freak) which I used to vote 'Yes' with. It doesn't happen with my hider.

Uhmm this is tricky problem to answer.
So post a Helpline report or wait for someone with a similar problem to post about the experience with this problem

During big events, ASGS gets hammered with login requests as everyone tries to switch to their tagged callsign.

Be patient and try again after a few.
