I'd say it should be automatic, and display a timer to everyone. That way it can't be exploited, and it could give the comm(s) time to even it up

Stacks don't usually bother me that much. I'll join the team that is stacked against 9 out of 10 times. Has anyone beaten my 27 consecutive losses? That did get to me... I was soo hurting for a win.
