Quick question (My pm box is full so I can't just send this as PM)
Generally its okay for @cdts to not only watch but participate in squad games correct? Or are they just allowed to observe?
@ Cdt
I'm sorry I don't remember any of it. For you the day spideycw graced your squad with utter destruction was the most important day of your life. But for me, it was Sunday

My apologies.
Evening:
Cadets normally observe games until they are told to specifically to play. If you referring to to Iceberg, he was only in a heavy interceptor for 41 seconds according to the stats. He came back to base and he stayed there for the rest of the game.

I didn't notice the garr was killed until I was.fuzzylunkin1 wrote:QUOTE (fuzzylunkin1 @ Jul 22 2007, 08:32 PM) heh . . . we had one in the RT PK game that had 6 kills! he was turreting lol.
I was flying because they blew up the garr so I had to get out
And that guy had 4 kills. And he joined the wrong team.

I was the one that got a little pissed off with that guy who turreted. He had 6kills 3 assist by the end of the game and got me twice while trying to break their camp on the aleph to tele.
I thought they can only fly *intensively (read, not when your garr have blown up) when both comm's agree. We had about 6 cadets observing and he's the only one that actually tried to fly. I was a bit surprised and pissed when I see "You are forced to eject by XXXX@CDT-A" in a SG. IIRC, I also saw him flying in a fighter when an op was killed. I was going to let him float and rip home, but he went on to attack me. So yah, I did pod him. I won't go for them unless they are kind of in the way (I killed fuzzy because he was in a fig on the way home, but about to eye our HTT).
I especially didn't liked his explaination to why he turreted. And he did that even after I asked on ALL chat if cadets can fly and points out he was turreting. One time is accident, I don't think he did that by accident again. He got 3 ejects at the end of the game, but at the time I said that on ALL he had none.
If this is a tourney or a SG that will count, there would be something seriously wrong with it. However what your skill is, you are an extra body that helped the team. For example, if you podded one of us, a bomb run that ended the game that might be stopped with one more person would seriously creat some drama.
I'm sorry if I overeacted in-game.
P.S. I would keep an eye on him if next time he's observing opposite team as me again. Unless he proved he won't fire, I don't really trust to turn my back on him and do what I was doing.

I'm pretty sure it's if both comms agree they can fly, if they don't they can only watch, and should switch base before it gets blown up. Pay attention people /tongue.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":P" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" />
