Unfortunately and amazingly enough posts can be edited without the "This has been edited" tag added.. someone how my regular access can't produce that.

Anyways! Shutting me out isn't going to work.. If I have to go to the extreme of being banned then so be it.

I have a voice.. regardless if if 5 people agree or not. I may be digging my own grave but it's not the first time and to be honest this is probrably the ultimate time..

Pook: "I clicked yes" .. I'm pretty sure I Didn't but by accident as you say i did, then I Assume as u mentioned is why my "warning" has been removed. Although I still disagree with the way you present the warning.. I believe a clear pop up on install in which they need to say yes is much better then this "do it or else" approach is better.

I mean the situation is not new.. It's something that has been commonly known. WTF Are you coming down on me so hard..? Just cause I chewed up some of the admin's credibility doesn't mean ur not wrong.. nor doesn't it mean i distruct most of your decisions.. I'm only pointing out that this one was wrong. and your wrong in not allowing ppl to play if they click NO.

-Froggy

P.S. Ur gonna have to perma ban me to stop posting (Meaning u keep locking/closing) my threads cause I have an opinion then yes please perma ban me.. cause Anyone's voice should be equally heard and have there own criticism or defense.

I closed the thread because you were posting nonsense and I didn't want you to embarrass yourself further.

If you want to complain some more about what 99.999% of the community is going to see as a non-issue, complain all you want. I'm done trying to explain it.

Thanks Pook!

P.S. Your explanations have been more defensive then explanatory..

I asked why if I say no to your warning, that I can't play? If I agreed to the ASGS rules apon joining this game.. why am I refused to play if I don't understand or agree to your "WARNING"? You still failed to answer this.

Alrighty Froggy, here's the deal. As anyone here can tell you, I'm the first to jump at the admins around here for stuff (usually repeled by an aura of "lol, Aeris posted again", but I digress).

While maybe a little more stringently worded than I would have made it, given the way ASGS operates I agree that this is very much a necessity. It's not a "Click Yes to agree to be penetrated by BV's Biker-cawk by any means nessicary" nor a "Click yes to agree to Pook's ownership of your firstborn", it's a "Click yes if you just read what this window said!", which most people won't read anyway, they'll just click "Yes".

Now, rather than attacking the notice (which is extremely nessicary. I've had to expain this to people I'm trying to get into the game, and they do not get it without at least a second pass. ) why don't we take another look at tieing accounts to computers? An option to tie multiple accounts to a machine (while still having the accounts linked for the larger, angrier bans) I think would be a great addition to Allegiance. There are many problems with this, mind you, but I think it's very much within the realm of possibility to design a "guest-mode" for ASGS that will allow an account to play on another computer without making them into the same account (counting for nick-usage, stats, etc).

C'mon number-muncher-man, this is the biggest non-issue we've had in months /tongue.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":P" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" />

but the thing is.. If I hit NO I don't' understand.. then As Pook Said and I've witnessed by hitting no 50times.. that I still could not play.

If this message was introduce when I installed the game it would be different. The issue is is wasn't.. I am a registered member, email certified and a know member of this community. ?Yet I hit no I don't understand and i am no longer able to play this game.... Unless I am FORCED TO HIT YES I understand to play..

So I am on this public forum to post my concern about it.. I'm upset cause after being "certified" to play I am now faced with this bitching fest or "no i don't' agree" topic .... If i don't agree then I cannot play! That is the Bullshot issue.

Include it in the original license and send everyone else an update on the license agreement is the proper way to address this sort of situation. Don;t give me access to play and then tell me if I don't hit "YES" i Can't play!

This is my point and onl;y that.. I have high respect for the admins and have always backed them up.. the one time I question there mnethods and I'm faced with closed threads and threats.. I say $#@! YOU ti that sort of approach.

its really a pretty easy concept to understand. Dont let others use your account on their machine, otherwise they become linked. This is to try to prevent 50 people complaining about "HELP! my account is linked?!?!?" posts on here. There is really no reason to make this into a big issue... although it is friday the 13th again, so i'm not surprised.

NONE of you you get it.. I iknow WTF the MESSAGE says. I know what it;s for...

I'm PISSED cause I been here 6 years and I clicked NO I don't ge it. or agree.

CAUSE I Clicked no.. I CAN't $#@!EN PLAY..

I'm stupid cause I'm not participating in that type of dictatorship... Fine ya'll wanna be subject to that then.. so be it.. Tell me something, is this the future of alleg? IF it is I wanna know.. Cause my future here depends on it.;\

-Froggy

I don't understand what ya'll dont understand... so let me know.. MY voice to thw admins has now been blocked cause apparently I'm a useless and un-opinionated voice.. I was instructed to stop degrading and causing problems. MY opinion to that "dictatorship" is $#@! you. U wanna listen and help apply fine.. I'm very corporative. You tell me i can't voice and stressed/pressured to shut up? I will tell you exact6ly how I feel " $#@! YOU"

-Froggy

P.S. $#@! YOU seems to be the only logical way to tell you i have a right to a voice. You've supported voices in the past.. I assume from here that u have to be a good friend or relative of the pook fan base in order to be of importance...

P.S.S. Pook your closing and deletion of previuosu threads etc.,. has provoked this.. nothing more

-DestinedtobeDoomed. (if u raise concerns, be prepared to be shunted)

Wasn't this already occuring before this new message box was implemented?

i.e. Beforehand you were doing the equivalent of clicking "Yes" anyway?

If so, then all this new message box is doing is *warning* you before you link your accounts and gives you the option to take alternate measures.

Froggy, things like this can be resolved through PMs and Administrative requests. A linked account does not prevent you from playing with your neighbor, you simply have to go through the "bureacracy" and get them unlinked again. 'Tis not the end of the world.

Stay calm and civil, people-- it is a game in the end!

p.s.

I get what you're saying. What i'm saying is that you can click YES and still play as long as you get your accounts unlinked, which has been done a bazillion times.
