Dude, aside from the known whores we all know scouts rule the "waves" especially when I gets me a Hvy scout loaded with; a nan2, AC3, MP or PM2 and my favourite killer turret gunner Death....I mean @#(! thats just asking for trouble, send in a bbr to own the base while you nan and let death get some insane KB owning hvy ints while they are wondering wtf just happened to them.

I'm pretty sure Heavy Scouts aren't basic ships.

Scouts are fast, can mount nans, drop probes and mines, and rip. Sometimes you can even rip to a scout!

The best scout is either a GT/TF (two weapon slots), or a Bios (cloak).

Admittedly, Belter figs own Belter scouts... but scouts in general are the most useful, unless you're a whore.

I'd say an IC lt. int, mainly because you get a handful of good pilots flying con escort and you can push your opening cons right beside, or even into your enemy's sectors.

But like anything, strength isn't any good if it can't see where it's going, scouts make the game go 'round.
