Apparently, Noir made this core to bring back unique factions in Alleg. DN is all about uniqueness.

It has crazy arse tech enabled by SY. It has the most factions.

You can check out the stats of the various factions by downloading ICE (http://www.freeallegiance.org/downloads ... ls/ICE.zip).

These stats are also avaliable in the DN release notes. http://www.freeallegiance.org/forums/index...showtopic=23563 (those are the latest).

In IB's words: "Here in DN we perk anything not uber".

I believe Noir is changing webhost or some such other problem, the outage is temporary in theory (correct me if I'm wrong here).

Most of the information you want you could find in Cadet or by learning to use ICE to look stuff up (best way to do that is to join cadet and ask there). If you have any specific questions feel free to post them in the Gameplay forums, but you'll likely get 5 different answers before the thread spirals off topic.

The site will hopefully be back up next week. I had problems with the old host, but have not had time to set up a new one.
