Just started hapening after the latest upgrade (ASGS)
When I run Tracert to www.alleg.net the 1st hop always times out.
I'm not sure how to fix that..

The problem is that ports 2300-2400 are not open to you computer.
Possiblily A) It is possible that this is caused by a local firewall blocking the ports.

Another likely possibiliy is that your ISP is block 1 or more for the ports in the range of 2300-2400. I say that because it sounds like they are very security conscious... Tracert will return "*" for hops if the ISP locks down their router to dis-allow traffic over ports 33434-33534 or ICMP traffic of a certain type.
The problem is that ports 2300-2400 are not open to you computer.

I'm confused..this isnt my area of expertice...
