Lag problems

Well, i got a real big problem. When i play in Public DN i get fps 50-80. When i play the same thing on Squad servers i get 7-8 fps. And i dont understand why. I have a normal computer and my connection is 512 adsl. Maybe cuz the servers are in USA and i'm in Serbia, but why it doesnt lag then in the public DN. Can anyone help me about this, cuz i get really frustrated when even observing games, not only playing them

ping moves from 3-6 and lag is 118-125..fps 6-8

FPS has nothing to do lag or vice versa.

If your framerate is low, check your video/audio drivers, and your DirectX installation.
