ASGS Problem

Alright I just downloaded this game yesterday did the training missions, controls set up, etc. I go into ASGS after downloading the .NET framework 1.1 and as I press login it keeps saying updates available and it updates. Thought first, second, and third time fine see a difference but now pressing login for 50 times now and same thing I think somethings wrong. I see ASGS 2.1 over and over and in lower left corner saying build 118 and no chance after the first 3 times.

Is this something wrong with the game itself which I need to reinstall or is something wrong with ASGS?

Download that and update manually.
