We have a pretty post about this in the other forums, couldn't find it.
Basically, Dreg He mines are rarely used and rarely useful, can we make a slight tweak so that one game in a thousand you won't be laughed at for getting them? /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

Batman: "Beware of strong stimulants, Robin."
There's nothing wrong with reducing a bit of cheese, especially when doing so would make the Dreg He mines viable.
Actually for the life of me I don't know why Noir won't change the He mines slightly, I'd wager more then half the people if not much more then half the people are in favour of such a thing. /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

Dreg eco can still face rix/bios/gt eco. A He3 mine eco is for people who are unable to run a miner based eco. /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
