PookCore II is based on MS 1.25, the last official release from Microsoft.

Changes to the original Microsoft core are as follows:ALL New icons for base types. Shortened names for most items previously too large for the In-flight inventory pane. Figs / Enh Figs / Adv Figs have reduced mass, increased scan, and increased fuel. Fighter equipment (missiles, minepacks, counters) have decreased mass. Interceptors mount std. booster by default instead of lt. booster. Heavy Cloak mass decreased. Rescue Probe scan decreased, sig increased slightly. Util cannon does better damage to shields, less to light hull. Adv Scout moved to Garrison Heavy Scout II added. Requires Starbase Mounts Mini AC Turret in the gunner position. MiniAC is 2/3 in damage and range of std AC. 2x Prox vs Adv Scout +1 Missle vs Adv Scout Increased Scan, Thrust. Belters version does not get a side or rear thrust modifier increase. Includes Dual-Firing versions of Seeker and Dumbfire missiles. Standard twice the missiles with twice the firing rate delay setup. XRM Mosquito added. Anti-Probe missile. Ships carrying Dumbs / Seekers can carry at half std. missile capacity. 25hp damage each. (same as EWS Probes 1/2/3) TeleOp base added. Outpost of faction-type with ripcord enabled. No other changes / perks. Cost is Outpost + (Teleport / 2) Requires Starbase & Techbase.SHIPYARD (20 vs 20 recommended for SY use) All Capship hull hitpoints doubled except Assault ship. Large Shield hitpoints doubled.

IC Miners no longer rip. Starting money and payday penalties increased to 25% from 12.5%.

BIOS Bios speed nerf removed.

BELTERS Fig / Enh Fig / Adv Fig Fuel levels fixed.

RIX Rixian Unity has been removed.
