Good news everyone!
Costs look to be about 306$ for thursday through monday for each person to stay in a hotel. This is 2 people to a room with 2 double beds and other amenities like HDTV and such.
Group registration for PAX is not worth it, the discount being only 5$ and what not. So it's up to you to make your own registrations.
I'm currently trying to see if they'll give us a group discount for 10 or more people at the hotel, on top of the discount for PAX weekend. At the moment use 306 though, price will not be any higher than that.
Any thoughts on how to do the group registration by the by? I have no idea about organizing something like that beyond a type of bank account viewable by all of ya but only used for paying this group cost. Don't even know where I could do that. On the other hand, if the price for groups is not a discount of any type then I'm just going to toss you kids to the wolves and make you do it yourselves.
p.s. For those planning to be on the road with the possibility of missing your badge after it is mailed, you can pick the thing up when you get there.
