I’m going to post this for McWarren (who hopefully wont mind). So one day McW stepped up to command against Aarm on Star. I forget what factions each team went but they both went Exp. Anyway we had an exp in our home and Aarm had a exp high adjacent to our home and an op or tp low(our miners were already well forward though so no loss) We only had one tp out of our home on whole map.
So we capped Aarm’s home leaving him with only 2 sectors but then they simultaneously bombed our only tp and capped our home expansion. They then bombed our home tp but REFUSED to bomb our garr and instead camped it with heavy ints. There were several other exp rocks on the map but for one thing all of our cons were trapped in our own home/we had no tech/cons that launched couldn’t even be nanned and just rip out. All in all McW had about 95k in the bank and couldn’t do anything. McW’s mistake; not building more tps!

p.s. game was great fun all around though!
I'm sorry I don't remember any of it. For you the day spideycw graced your squad with utter destruction was the most important day of your life. But for me, it was Sunday

I remember that, it was on limited diamond though. And our exp was adjacent to our home opposite aarm's. That one got capped, and so our garr was bottled in by two expansions. The home rock was already lost or something I think.

Maybe they were different games, if so it happened twice! `ya

Apparently a California "cabin" is any place more than 4 blocks from a McDonalds.

actually, I also managed to call out "seeker 2 sighted" so comm don't buy it /blush.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="blush.gif" />

two days ago: was in a pod, miner that I tried to single-hand kill in a dreg int had <1% hull left and there's no nan around, except for ints. Another scout on my team came for pickup, and I insisted to try and kill that miner. I think that scout don't have missles or gat armed or something, but didn't fire. Miner was going to dock with <1% hull and I decided to ram it in my pod try to kill it. The scout was chasing after my pod, and I managed to ramed the miner, lost about half of my hull. Scout manage to ram it after me, pod himself. At least the miner was killed /cool.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="cool.gif" />

Had a good one today. Had to bomb because no one else would, yeah one of those teams. Had 7 abs left, 2 for tp 5 for tac. I kill the tp because its 1.6k infront of me when I enter the aleph. One of my missiles disappears to lag, so it ends up taking 3 to kill it, I'm now short of abs to kill the tac, however if I'm lucking I can promote one of my turrets and finish the job. Which turret has the highest kb? No answer. Second time. No answer. Third time. No answer. By now all of our nans are dying and the turrets are just flat out ignoring me. /wub.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":iluv:" border="0" alt="wub.gif" /> voob turrets.

IB I was in that game nanning you. 4 SRM AB1 Missiles cannot destroy a techbase unless you have a 50 kill bonus, which im guessing our turrets didnt have, our best turret had 30kb and im not too sure but I think we were fighting GT which guess what have nice strong bases so it would have been pretty much impossible, but not only that you were pretty much right next to the base just asking the gunners who had the highest kb, something you really ought to ask b4 entering the aleph.

So now your inches away from the tac repeatedly asking gunners who has highest kb while all the nans are dying and finally you decide hey lets shoot 1 AB missile at the base and then die so all of thier defence can laugh!!!!! /laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> /laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> /laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />

Actually when we were finally podded my turrets ejected with 25 and 35kb, I'm pretty sure the 35kb could have killed the base. It was a basic techbase not adv so it would have died to my 5abs if one hadn't disappeared.

It would be useful to have your turrets kb in F4, that way you would only look at f4 and say "X" Im promoting you! 'yy. It is somewhat difficult to type while turreting those guys killing you and your nans.
