Ummm... Icky, seriously?

If I understood correctly you're asking me how we can up the 1.0 sidethrust belts ints.

Just like we did for the figs. All other figs are 0.5 sidethrust and Belts we (or rather MS) made 1.0. I think the whole idea was that it's a reflection on moveable thrust elbows (though our models aren't animated).

Just make belts ints 1.33 or something would be the idea. Not that I'm suggesting this one bit. I'm just responding Icky's question.

A >1 sidethrust modifier means its better to cruise sideways than forwards across a long distance. Is this your intended behaviour?

Hull-conforming hitboxes aren't worth the headache. Keep the bubble hitboxes and make the scale as big or as small as it needs to be for balance purposes. Tell the noobies in CDT how the hitboxes work. It's a helpful "feature" for them anyway.

This is what I'm referring to. The sidethrust rating is a percentage of total thrust, I think. Ints normally have 1.0 which means they have equal accel sideways and forwards.

Sidethrust >1.0 means you can go faster than the total thrust rating in that direction.
