Peet,

You did fine -- saw you in a couple of games today. I cannot recommend Cadet course to you enough -- it really makes yo a better player.

ALso, sometimes comms are not being asshats when they don't take a noob -- they might be trying to balance teams, i.e., trying to keep vets and noobs balanced on BOTH teams. Those are the most fun.

So, mty advice is - Don't get too upset with any particular commander for not taking you -- there are vets that have to wait sometimes too.

ALso, all those 'slackers' you see in the lobby waiting '' they are the stackers waiting to jon the other team with more players. Those are the folks to take note of.

Thanks for the nice replies and explanation. If half of the CDT stories are true it's going to be a great time /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

Pay attention to who the order is from and who the order is too. There are a lot of quickchats that show up as orders to the entire team and often the commander will give orders to the entire team. About 90% of those red messages that show up as "orders" to you are in fact entirely irrelevant to you. Only pay attention to the ones that say "to peet" in the text.
