I'm hosting for $10.95/mon at DreamHost with unlimited bandwidth and disk space. Why not use them?
In specific, my company is hosting multi-hundreds of MB of products there, with cookie and referer based authentication to ensure that the persons downloading the files actually came from our customer support area hosted on a lowly corporate T1 elsewhere. Anywho, I know several quite happy dreamhost customers. You get a 'blah_at.dreamhosters.com' subdomain for free with no need to actually host DNS or such if you don't want to: some CNAME entries in your current DNS provider can make things all pretty too.
Maybe I'll relocate my own domain over there too and host the alleg installer... still need more help with that?
