I wouldn't say this is entirely true, but I do agree to a point. I comanded a game a few days ago as belters, and the other side won because they rushed bombers - The other commander, Strike700@PK, said after the game that if he hadn't rushed bombers like that, I would have won in 5 more minutes because I would have had my Tac going.

spidey that's just stupid. Unless of course you mean that by the time the other team can AFFORD hvyints that you don't have sfs/figs AND ints up. :P

Otherwise you're just letting them have settings. Just because they can afford it doesn't mean they have it. Whereas belters likely can afford it too, they just need the research to cook. 4 mins is not long, 10 mins is long.

As for what cost changes, just go incremental, not saying take out the whole cost perk.

Hopefully this clarifies what I am saying. If it doesnt I am at a loss because size 7 is as large a font as we have.
I'm sorry I don't remember any of it. For you the day spideycw graced your squad with utter destruction was the most important day of your life. But for me, it was Sunday

Nope, I don't think it really speaks to the problem at all. If you think it does then what about TF and bios? Another way to look at this is that you say "AS IT IS" (I won't even use large font) and yet belters still own. So yes the theoretical problem exists but the empirical data doesn't support it.

Bios and TF are supposed to be in that boat because they have by far the strongest ADV Tech(cheapest too for bios which allows you to dual tech easily) in my opinion.

Does not the empirical data support Belters should actually be buffed since it has the lowest win percentage of any faction?

It's not empirical until someone makes a faction vs faction win/loss matrix.

AllegSkill Faction Win/Loss Matrix

Old data. Will make a live version once AS 1.0 has been implemented. :)

Edit: Next version will likely be normalised for stackage too.

Edit2: The reason I don't have bang-up-to-date data is that we're now talking about moving GBs of information in and out of ASGS. TE is working on a solution to the problem which will alleviate the stress on the ASGS server. Soon™.

Make another server, copy the data over nightly, report off the second server. Easy. You just have to make do with data that's a day old.
