One of my old machines is running a 9700 pro and had no probs with it.

I have a Mobile Inter ® Express Chipset Family. If I start Allegiance.exe without ASGS I can get some details of the exception:

Exception Information

Code: 0xC000005
Flags: 0x0
Record: 0x0
Address: 0x5bbce1

EDIT: I'd post more from the bug report but I can't copy paste from it <.< damn MS.

On a side note, this very .exe does launch under Wine with the same hardware (see the other thread, "State of Allegiance under Linux", for info).

Launching was not the problem, try playing the training and you will crash.

Launching IS the problem on Windows as I have Intel drivers.

Crashes on launch with error

• Allegiance exited with code: x5c9b035fed62d487

EDIT: Updated to lastest drivers and DX. Problem solved. /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /> All working well apart from the odd rendering bug as mentioned previously.

yeah i think we can safely assume now that the alpha doesn't work on intel graphics cards! Dog you might want to put that in your post!

• Last Check-in: 30/04/2008 21:25:59
• Allegiance exited with code: x5c9b035fed62d487
• Creating Crashfile
• Beginning Logout
• Closing processes
• Sending Logout Request
• Logged Out
