BV, I wouldn't take on another project to admin unless you are positive you are up to it. Its not worth having you get burned out.

I don't know what you guys are smoking but... the last time I checked the definition for "Mercenary" I saw nothing about being part of a team or squad.

This had broken down into two subjects.

Merc's

Grad's

The Cadet Grad's are easy to define.

Who figures out who qualifies as a merc? That is the first major issue I see if you would want them both in there.

BTW, I notice not many "mercs or grads" posting in this thread.

Last, someone said it above. Squads are for squad games. Not & friends. You want to mix it up? It's called a pickup game /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />

Does a cadet need to have 100% on exam do join a squad? I'm not sure how I will do on it, but if I did get 100%, it still won't give me any more info about what squad would be good to belong to. I haven't had much interaction with any of the squad members in PU games, and I've been playing quite a few PU games.

I would like (prefer) to play squad games, but have no idea which squad would be good to join. I've heard squad cadet advisors are observing cadets in PU games. I'm also observing who communicates with me and involves my presence and questions in game. Most of the experienced players only talk with and communicate with the other players they know.

Gets out Cadet smacking stick. /tongue.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":P" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" />

Most SQUADS require you to pass the Cadet Exam before they would consider accepting you. Or they will make you take the course after acceptance.

Go back to our forums and read the Squad thread.

Go back to the Cadet forum and read about observing squad games.

You are watched by the Cadet Advisers for recruitment purposes.

jGBaxter has an eye on all the cadets. He gives them grades, tells us about the potential candidates and he has the right to reccruit them, if he finds them worthy.
Even I was rated:

btw, ugly means already squadded... /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
