I'm sorry I don't remember any of it. For you the day spideycw graced your squad with utter destruction was the most important day of your life. But for me, it was Sunday

My apologies.
I'm 5'9" about 165lbs with a 32" waist. Benched 195lbs two days ago, front squatted 255 yesterday, and power clean pressed 185 today, incline tomorrow.TakingArms wrote:QUOTE (TakingArms @ Apr 20 2011, 04:38 PM) 32" waist would be pretty rough, I imagine there are a lot of fit guys who don't have 32" waists!
My waist is about 36" but I'm built like a dwarf. 5'8" 205 lbs. Consequently, I can pretty easily do about 45-50 push ups.

I'm more into arm curls. Small weight, but plenty of repetition. I use a pint-sized weight. Keeps me happy.

I saw the Insanity infommercial playing in Heathrow the other day. How is it spidey? it looked pretty, well insane, but my flight was called before it got to the good part.spideycw wrote:QUOTE (spideycw @ Apr 20 2011, 10:48 PM) I actually tried that program until I switched over to doing insanity.

I can sign that one. I am 1.91m (6'26'') and I am unable to do a single pull up. It is just impossible. Of course it doesn't help, that I don't like sports.Mastametz wrote:QUOTE (Mastametz @ Apr 20 2011, 06:29 AM) The taller you are, the more difficult EVERY workout becomes; Longer arms means you have to do a push-up over a larger distance, not to mention with increased weight on those arms, and also more work for your abs to stabilize a longer body.
But alas, my poor physical fitness is due to me sitting on my ass all day long.
