The Left Out Squad (TLO)

Round up 15+ mercs (or even 10+ if you are absolutely sure they will all show up) practice your teamwork and challenge a squad to a game. If you manage to give the squad a good run for their money, you may well have something there.

If that happens you will probably want to fly together again... so you may as well start forming a squad. See the pattern?

What IF instead of flying spaceships, we flew boneless chicken wings, and bullets were candy canes, and all asteroids had gravity, and instead of alephs we'd have to travel 50km to get to another sector, and you had to wait three minutes to respawn after being killed in pod?

please answer my question, because im still trying to figure out why we need a squad for people not in a squad, who dont want to be in a squad, or suck to bad to be in a squad, or dont have the time to play in a squad, but still need some sort of tag to identify that they are in fact, not a member of a squad, but by wearing the tag are a member of a "non-squad" entity, that does nothing other then indentify that they are in fact a squadless person, unlike ohhh and @zone or @alleg tag which is a useful identifier to the fact the person is an @alleg or @zone. or psuedo squads like @cdt or @acs because they are indentifiers. or full fledged @FTW that says "I AM IN THIS SQUAD"

also, may i please point out that 90% of people, dont give a @#(! about having an @TLO tag availible and would just leave it off anyway, defeating the point, and the 10% who do care, are starting @FTW

I don't think muffin really cares about the tag. I think he just wants to play more Squad v. World games where:
Everyone on World is unsquadded; no one on World has a tag of any sort.World doesn't outnumber Squad by a 3:1 ratio.

your joking right? If you limit world to the same numbers as almost any squad, you are looking at the mother of all beatdowns. It would be like throwing a puppy into a meatgrinder. That being said, here is my proposal.

Get 60 mercs, form into 3 teams of 20, and then one team after the next gets to take on a squad. so you have @squad vs team 1, then @squad vs team2, and then @squad vs team3.

whichever side wins the most of out the 3 game set wins!

and the whole idea bout the squd vs team 1 etc etc thing is kinda it to.
