So it's a yacht right, that's like a transport for rich people, who are in some cultures conidered the elite, right? So it's a transport for elite persons, and it's used by dignataries, right? Which includes ambasadors, who are people who go from one contry to another, right? So it's a transport used to go to other peoples bases then?

So, who gets to drive the hives HTT?

No way! If it's an official transport, it must be stealthy. And with weaponry for self defense that allows it to stay away of dogfights.
