Gun unique to the scout?

I would prefer minor perks to a scout like the ability to carry 1 or 2 more CMs a bit more ammo, 1 extra cargo slot, an energy perk. The ability to mount a utility/sniper cannon if your team had a tac would be interesting.

cargo slots are same for all ships. just some ships can carry more of the same item in one slot.

(not sure if they can mount util/sniper, but they can mount mini3!)
