Just like all the other SY paths, except your money doesn't grant as much firepower or quality ships, save luxys.
Belts EXP otherwise, due to their brick handling.

Pure IC Sup/galvs (no bombers or attack carrier).
Maybe not the worst... but if my comm goes all out IC Sup galv rush I want to strangle him for wasting his money. Think of the nice ints we could have had...

Seriously! I hate IC figs. They're fat, ugly, slow, and the gun mounts are stupid. And why, whyyy would you ever want to pass up IC ints! They are the holy grail of alleg!
If you want to go sup, go dreg or bios or something, but if you go IC I want my ints damnit!
Can we just petition noir to remove supremacy from IC already?

Incidentally, an awesome idea for a new faction would be to have only 2 tech paths, and use the 3rd rock for something else or maybe have 1 tech path able to build on 2 different kinds of rocks.

How can you say IC sup is a bad tech path? It may not be there for you to whore with, it's there to win the game....
TF tac still takes the worst in my book....

Awww Drizzo. Come on, IC Tac is noisy but it gets the job done. IMO, Tac is most efficient when you can get it up and running quickly so you kill the enemy's miners when it matters most: early game.
Basically, you hopefully get lucky finding Utlcan2 and spend 10000 for all the enemy's miners unless your team sucks or the enemy team wises up too quickly.
Free Enh Ships with a Techbase purchase means IC potentially has SF's roaming the enemy home in 5 mins post-start. And you still have Lt Ints to D against Basic bomber runs.
EDIT: As for my 2cents to worst techpath, I think I'd also go with TF tac, but only through projections. I've played it exactly once but I think there was a reason we couldn't reach Adv tech with it.
As for Belters Exp, should we factor in that Belts Exp -> Hvy Ints -> Quickest/Cheapest to Omnis (He3 at 1.25, times GA1 at 1.375, times GA2 at 1.5? Come on! Not to mention the fast as hell and tank like miners and cons!)
