Basically I'm guessing that they will have a small internet browser integrated into your pod.

So... you all know what *that* means...

f1 supports hyperlinks now i think. so its just a matter of time til alleg has a internet browser in built...

i considered making a lima gauge pack to swing the mod thread strongly in favour of mods /unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" />

Alleg dies for me the day I say, 'Meh, Alleg' * shrug *

So it's up to everyone to not let that happen

Well or I die, because playing when your dead would just piss off a LOT of people.

Alleg has already become a 'classic'. I predict it will remain as long as the code still executes on modern operating systems (an emulation mode is fine as long as it easy to install or enter into).

Far older games have lasted longer Stars! WITHOUT the source code being released...

If it had the same gameplay but better graphics, I'd play it.

And taking out that asteroid, the last time somone tried taking out a rock with bombers and fighters, they got $#@!ing OWNED. Better not to make a giant machine that throws massive rocks at the planet you live on, methinks.

Then again, we use nuclear power, so a giant rock throwing machine doesn't seem that far fetched after all. /blink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":o" border="0" alt="blink.gif" />

Stars! Yum. *remembers his PBEM days*.

Another would be Star Control 2.
