if you played elite or frontier and loved them, you will love this. if you played wing commander instead then you will probably hate it.Papsmear wrote:QUOTE (Papsmear @ Feb 12 2015, 08:56 AM) I just sat and watched an hour of this game on Youtube and saw virtually nothing that would interest me in playing this game.
It is very slow and the fighting looks crappy.
agri loves it though - it sounds daft to even say this but you really get the impression (in a way that few if any games have managed to achieve before) of how utterly vast space is. that said, it isnt finished and there are bits (exploration) that are a lot more developed than some other bits (combat, mining).

It is Extremely hard to find places that give good missions.
I'm kinda bored of killing pirates with small bounties.

QUOTE ^cashto@Elem (all): yeah, i imagine if you're rusty, you could build op short for no reason, build a naked ref, then go two techpaths even though your mining is by all objective standards $#@!ed[/quote]

missions, and to be honest combat (not so much the mechanics but the way it takes place), do need to be fixed - as does salvagingBlacksun94 wrote:QUOTE (Blacksun94 @ Feb 12 2015, 04:56 PM) I have to add one critique to ED.
