A question Lorianna, since this faction's economy is run on he3-like mines, are they galvable?
Also, would their research be along the lines of 7-8 minutes due to a more secure econ?
Any ideas on the money generation rate of the leechers? Stealing He3 rocks is always a fun tactic....

My current settings puts Leechers at $1000 per payday, Heavy Leachers at $1500 per payday.
Current faction cost and research time is 1.5 each - So, 3 minutes for normal 2 minute devels, at 150% cost.
Each techbase generates $500 per payday.
Each Garrison generates $1000, Starbase 1250, and Heavy Starbase 1500

Just noticed, you have tp2 under enh sup. Should be adv, to keep with all the others (Unless you specifically wanted tp2 in enh sup)

Gah! I put TP2 under Enh Sup!
I guess I'll have to fix that.
The only thing i've not implemented is the shipyard, which I'm in the middle of re-doing for the other factions as well

Sounds like auto specmines.... Are leechers still galvable?

Definately.
And remember - They don't have miners, so they need the boost from the garr.
