and the only difference between heavy and nomal stl bbrs is that the heavies can carry XRM's

well since XRM's suck very badly you would need a fleet of SBs, and XRMs are kinda slow, so they can be shot down.

But you would have to know your base is being attacked by xrm stealth bbrs before you could mount a defence, I suppose you would have to make the xrm stealth bombers a lot more high sig or just more high sig with the xrm missile, (an alternative to xrm missile could be an extra anti-base missile making it v.deadly).
Just wondering though did you mean to have tp1 as a reasearch for standard garrison??? Might lead to a very early bbr rush depending on reasearch time.

yes when you have the XRMs equipped your sig increases dramatically.
and i dont think tp1 will be that much of a problem. there will be a 3-4 minute research time. and in theory rix can have tp1 even faster, and i've never seen them doing it..

Rix TP1 has happened, its a risky strategy but ive seen it work well enough. Its harder for rix to do it though as they need high money settings to do the tp rush, for your faction it would be easy and quick as all you need is initial garrison.
Rix needs 20k upg to Starbase, 10k for bombers and 5k for TP1 and then probably another 3k for bombers which means they need around 40k to do a tp1 rush attack.
Your faction would need 10k for bombers, 5k for tp and 3k for bombers, only 18k which is doable from the start on more common money settings. Of course it doesnt have the same as Rix sending out initial SR scouts thus allowing tp1 scout to rip to it etc...
(The numbers are actually just an educated guess, real numbers may be higher, or lower, or the same)
P.S.
I suppose it doesnt actually matter anyway as it will be the core devs who decide on that stuff anyway and they can balance it as they wish.

Nice tech tree presentation.
You have adv scout and heavy scout mixed up.
What is a leecher supposed to do, exactly?
What can these initial scouts mount? Snipers?
What's the construction tech tree. ie can they get caltrops, do they need a techbase for a SY.
No attack carrier or assault ship?

One of the Techbases? (I love how this one is assymetric, I'm relating it somewhat more to EXP because I see con spam coming out of this one).

well i got most of the modelling and skinning done now. (yes i didnt post all pics, i want to leave some a surprise)
However, i need someone to teach me how to do the cvh-ing and stuffs.. i think thats whats gonna take the longest..
