So.... the legs on the garrison might have to be scraped: they are over 600 triangles each, coming to a total of 4500 triangles, more then doubling the total number of polis of the model.

perhaps make the cylinders more rough. It is an old(er) game - You can cut corners. And the legs add a lot.

You even might be able to drop a few of them. Wouldn't hurt the model as much as dropping them all, and it would still look cool.

They are rough.... I think 5, 4, and 3 sided for the 3 sections....I guess I could make the joints simple blocks, thats where all the triangles are coming from.... good compromise!

i think its ok to have a larger number of polys on a base than a ship....

5700 triangles.

Mapping version1 complete. The only thing that will change in later mappings is the main body. Please give suggestions on how it should be regrouped and remapped.

i like everything but we should also add the lizard things as a faction or change the names to dreghkler. also i was thinking they should have powerful weps but bad turning because the omricrons probly havent flown much yet and have pretty much no clue.




Just suggestions. you dont have to listen to them
